A booking can be canceled free of charge 7 days before arrival. In the event of later cancellation or early departure, 80% of the travel price will be charged. We recommend taking out travel cancellation and travel interruption insurance.

We recommend the products of our partner ERV – Europäische Reiseversicherung, so that you can be reimbursed for possible financial losses in the event of cancellation or termination of your stay, e.g. due to illness, accident or unemployment - also within the family.
