Do Your Rooms Have a Hairdryer/Hair Dryer?
All of our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.
Is There a Refrigerator in the Room?
Every room is equipped with a refrigerator.
Are Bathrobes Provided?
For the time of your stay there is a bathrobe in your room/suite that you can use. If you need a different size, please contact the reception.
Is There a Flat Iron in My Room?
Please contact the reception. Our housekeeper will be happy to provide you with an iron as well as an ironing board for a limited time period.
Are there Hypoallergenic Beds?
We are happy to furnish your bed with hypoallergenic pillows or comforters. Please advise when booking your room or contact our reception team prior to your arrival. We do not have dedicated rooms for allergy sensitive guests.
Do All of Your Rooms Have Wooden Floors?
We have a small selection of rooms/suites with allergy-friendly bio-vinyl flooring.
Do You Have Wheelchair Accessible Rooms?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer handicapped accessible rooms.
Are pets allowed in the rooms/suites?
Pets – only dogs – are allowed in certain romms/suites. Max. 2 dogs per room/suite. Advance registration is required.
